Ac stopped working in sons 2022 camry Rock punctured condenser. Took car in yesterday Thursday and it was done today Friday by 2pm. Cannot say they can make all repairs this quick but I would recommend dutters to anyone. Clean shop and professional personnel. Great experience.
I took my sister in laws 2018 dodge journey to dutters because it was stalling out at stops. They performed a diagnostic test which took them a few days before actually finding out that a torque converter solenoid went out. They did not charge for all the extra diagnostic time needed to verify the concern. Which i know every other place would have been calling me asking for more diagnostic time which over 3 days would have been pretty expensive. Went to Dutters for the first time today and had an excellent experience. The service i had done was for a very reasonable cost. I was able to talk to the mechanic about a problem he diagnosed and he was very clear in his explanation and helpful. I am looking forward to going back for that repair and for future maintenance and repairs as needed.
5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience with Dutter Automotive. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were completely honest about what my car needed (and didn’t need), which I really appreciated. Not only did they save me money on my repair, but they also went above and beyond by giving me a ride home while my car was being worked on since I didn’t have anyone to pick me up.
