Love the Teller and they will help you with any thing and try to answer all of your questions and concerns.
Went online to setup reoccurring payments, and they charge a $10 per transaction ("convenience fee") even for reoccurring payments. I then called them, and they explained that you have to mail a form to get around the fees. I said yes, I'll do that because I don't like the fees. The call ended rudely abrupt after that; no thanks, can I help with anything else, did that answer your question.. or anything whatsoever that made me glad I am a DuTrac customer.. Instead, I was just straight hung up on.
