I went with this company because our other company retired. I made an appointment over the phone for a consultation. My poor husband sat at home all day waiting for them before I called them to find out they canceled it because I did not answer my phone to confirm it the day before. So I made a new appointment. This company doesn't deserve any stars and the only reason there is one star is because I couldn't post my comment if I left it blank. We will never do business with this company again. The service tech left without giving us an invoice because he claimed he didn't know what the price of the starter he installed cost and said he would bill us. We waited nearly a month before we received our bill and noticed that the tech billed us for 2 hours labor @ $120 per hour, when he was only here for 40 minutes. Whoever created the in... read more
