DO NOT HIRE ATTORNEY DUTKO! Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this lawyer. I hired him for a friend who is still Incarcerated! Thanks to him! Once payment was made, his behavior and level of representation changed completely. His level of effort and communication dropped significantly.
