DO NOT HIRE ATTORNEY DUTKO! Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this lawyer. I hired him for a friend who is still Incarcerated! Thanks to him! Once payment was made, his behavior and level of representation changed completely. His level of effort and communication dropped significantly. $10k down the drain. Don't waste your time or money. Worst experience ever
Attorney Dutko was phenomenal. I was facing lengthy state prison time by a corrupt State probation officer. They wanted me to do almost two years in a state prison for minor infractions. If I hadn't had attorney Dutko, I would've been in the same boat as 99 percent of prisoners getting screwed. I ended up with 5 more months of parole added onto my current probation. On the bad side, i did 30 more days of jail due to the criminal system designed to make you fail. I would highly recommend him if you have the resources!!
