10/10 service and very decent selection of brands. I particularly enjoyed seeing IH-634s in stock, and the sales associates made my visit very enjoyable.
Staff was super helpful. Definitely recommend older products were very high-quality.
By far the best denim/jeans store I've ever visited. Dutils brand, Nudie and Iron Heart all worked for me Iron Heart is a hard to find Japanese selvedge brand.
Their quality of customer service is getting worse and worse. Today I visit there and there were two people working. They 100% didn’t care I was in the store. They kept talking about the show they watch or whatever. I was looking for something but I was very uncomfortable to be there. I miss the guy used to handle the store. He was a professional.
Saw online that this place does specialty chain stitching on specialty jeans so I brought my pair of momotaro to hem. for chain stitch hemming and after a week, the stitching was so crooked that i contacted them about it. They offered to bring them back and redo, so i brought them back, a week later, it’s slightly better but not that great. friendly staffs tho pic 1 is the first hemming, pic 2 is second redo.
