Very disappointing online experience. I ordered the only remaining Lge Freenote waxed Cotton jacket. Purchase went through aok but the next day they called to say that they had sold my jacket that same day without checking their online sales. So either a a glitch with the inventory software or bad systems. They tried to sell me a size up or down ( which doesn’t make sense since the whole point of buying a finely made jacket such as this at that price point is the fit) but there was no apology and no offer of incentives to sh... read more
Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. Jarett helped me out, he rocks! Knows his stuff, went out of his way to find me something that suited me, super friendly. A++
Jarrett (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) went absolutely above and beyond, digging through every box in the place to find me the last pair of a particular style of jeans that I wanted.
