Incredible customer service, knowledgeable, kind and patient.
This place sucks. They advertise "chainstich" hemming and charge you a premium for it. Then they ship your jeans down the road to some budget laundromat tailor who mangles them with a cheap sewing machine. When you complain about it after, they say it's "allowable error" and ghost you. Total contempt for their customers.
Called from Ontario for a quick measurement over the phone. Super helpful and friendly service.
