I had my first raw denim experience at Dutil. I am especially grateful to have visited to shop when Scott was working because he is the BEST. As a denim novice, I flooded myself with information from Reddit and YouTube and was overwhelmed. However, Scott guided me through the process of finding the right fit/material for me with patience and competence. If you’re just stepping your foot into the denim world, this is the place.
We visited the Toronto location, and this was by far the best shopping experience we've had. The layout of the store is nice and simple, which was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The checkout experience was also fantastic, with the receipt received via text. Scott is the best! He is incredibly knowledgeable, cool, and relaxed. Great selection of denim and outerwear and the team is always super helpful with advice without pushing a sale on you for the wrong type of jeans. Have bought a few pairs from them and the service is always excellent.
