Horrible experience. My husband had an appointment this morning at 8am to get 2 new tires put on and a wheel alignment. We dropped his truck off at 8 am sharp. At 2:30 pm my husband hadn't heard anything so he called and they hadn't even started on his truck! 6 1/2 hours later they hadn't even started on it! Then when asked about it no one had an explanation. This was our first experience with Dutch Fords service center and it will definitely be our last!!
Dutch's Ford service department is on of the best franchise service departments around. They're quick, honest and have a great staff. If they tell us a vehicle needs something we take their word for it. They're also one of the best shops in our area for alignments and road force balance jobs. We use them frequently and highly recommend their services.
Service department is highly responsive to customers needs and requests. They followed through on a 10 speed Ranger transmission reprogramming to smooth out shift points. Other service reasonable in price.
