Rude persona to talk, we bought tires here all four "new". Car having same bad issues like if the tired were defected. Went back to exchange did not have other ones. The only option he gave us was to buy new tires from a different stores. Then return the tires i bought from this store. He would ship them back to Thailand, and expect my return money within MONTHS!... THIS IS RIDICOLOUS!.. Other people I talk to said the same situation happen to them. I was lied to about the tire size they had in stock. I went to purchase them but was told the size tire I was asking for didn't exist. (same size that was on the truck I drove there) Guy was rude and condescending. Explaining how tire sizes are measured to an ASE certified auto tech is a really dumb idea if you don't know what your talking about. They sell knock off tires and are rude as hell. I wont go back. I wouldn't recommend they to anyone.
