My husband & I own a beef jerky company & have been making jerky for 7 years, so we know our jerky. Dutchman's Original Beef Jerky is some of the best jerky we have ever had the pleasure of sinking our teeth into. It's thick, dry (but not so dry you can't chew it), smoky, not too salty, & very reasonably priced! We tried a pound of it for the 1st time coming through Hamilton a month ago, ordered 2 lbs of it earlier this week (which we received in only ONE DAY!), & we have already finished it off!
