Tom hires us and does not pay us. Let's take him to court. Tom hires carriers like us to do a good job then he does not pay. We can use the BOL act to take the company to court

Giving run for my money..Still holding money after 90 days of load completion. Will update as we get paid. ....update:9+ Months not paid yet. He is also not on load link any more good luck everyone getting money back. Tom still pickup phone but just keeps on telling that he will pay us but he has already closed his loadlink account.

DO NOT HAUL any load for this company. We picked up a load from Dutchman Transportation. its been over 90 days he has stopped answering our phone..TOM is culprit

Very bad company for payment Not even paid for load even after 7 months. No email reply..no one on phone.....

Totally fraud company,If you will do load for this company you will never get paid.i will give him 5 star on fraudulence activity..So make sure not to do even a single load for this if you want payment. They are hero for bankruptcy and money holding never never do the load for this company. I don't want to take the name of person in Dutchman but if he still have some stake to get paid there carrier ,It would be better otherwise totally money holding company.
