As my parents live close to this location, our family has gone to them many times over the past 40yrs - was disheartened when I received incredibly rude customer service on the phone today - I was calling to follow-up on the birthday flowers & gifts I had ordered to be delivered to her today, on her birthday. I live out of the country, in Los Angeles and had placed the order online.

Phoned Sunday from north of Sudbury for funeral home in Stoney Creek for Monday flowers were beautiful and service was excellent thank you
Terrible
This is the best experience I've ever had with a florist. I requested 3 very large arrangements for funeral with only 1 day's notice and when they arrived they were absolutely stunning. I got a call to make sure I was ok with a couple of substitutions, which was absolutely fine considering the last minute circumstance, but they also asked if I wanted certain things changed to be more in keeping with aspects of my family's background and traditions, and the flowers arrived exactly when they were promised.
