service dept is fast and efficient, highly recommend Devin, he really helped us out--thank you
Do not buy Seadoo parts from them. I’ve spent hours and 4 phone calls to get them to honor the warranty for a dock tie that frayed. When I tried to explain the time I’ve wasted to get them to do their job they got angry and took extreme offense. Not how a customer should be treated. Ever. Shameful online support. At this point an email to BBB and NY AG is in order for attempted fraud.
Horrible...parts dept is a joke the people there are rude and do nothing but past the buck....21 days now since I placed a order...no updated tracking...other dealers in area have way better customer care

They are a complete scam and fraud! If they told you they needed your UTV for a "system update" you more than likely did not but a new vehicle but a used demo vehicle. They make it sound nice to pick up your machine, drop it off, 50% off a first service meanwhile they need the mileage off of it so they can get a kickback for seeling a demo vehicle. Be very careful when purchasing from this dealership. They are not customer concerned but only concerned about the money they can milk the customer for.
