My fiancé had an eye injury that was causing him a lot of pain. I suggested he walk into Dutchess Optometry in Red Hook as I have had nothing but the best experiences there. Austin walked in expecting the worse as he has no health insurance and it was a hour before the office closed. The staff welcomed him in as if he were a regular patient, and Dr Lappan made time to examine his eye at the end of the business day.
