Our Beautiful and Welcoming Hudson River Valley Estate is the perfect venue any time of year. The Dutchess Manor was originally built as a private residence for the Timoney family in the 1860's and was a show piece Hudson River estate of the period. Our current catering business has been in constant successful operation, under the guidance of the Coris family, since the mid 1940's. Spectacular wedding! I had my wedding here in July 2010 and I can't even express what a wonderful experience it was. The view was stunning, the food well above average for catering and the staff was beyond helpful - brilliant! The owners were a huge help during the planning process as well as making sure everything went smoothly on the big day. The best place ever and specially on a Budget. Had my wedding ceremony and reception. the plan was to have the ceremony in the garden overlooking the river and the reception inside. However the weather made that impossible they not only waited to accommodate me in the garden but they did it so seamless that no one in my party was seeing the unexpected change. Fantastic I just had my wedding here and it was great, great, great! The place is obviously beautiful with river views and a real warm atmosphere, you can tell that from your first visit. However, the delicious food and the staff complete the whole experience on your wedding day. I had such a fun wedding and received tons of compliments on the Dutchess Manor from our guests! From our very first visit to the Dutchess Manor to the actual wedding day - everyone at the DM was just so wonderful. We 110% recommend this place!
Manor I recently attended a wedding there and the place was awesome. The view ridiculous and the whole atmosphere is unbelievable. If you are thinking of recently a place for a big event, you will not be disappointed with this place.
Spectacular I have attended many events at this location. The food, staff, and setting are absolutely out of this world. When planning an event at this location there are many different packages to choose from.
Dutchess Manor Caterers I have attended many functions at Dutchess Manor over the years and have always enjoyed them very much. They have been in business for many years and really go out of their way to please. If you're looking for a wonderful place for a wedding reception, this is a place to check out. The views of the Hudson River are magnificent there.
