This is such a lovely local flower shop. I stop in throughout the year for gifts, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I feel lucky to have them in our small town! I stopped in recently again and am just always amazed by the creativity in the store and arrangements. The attention to detail is truly impressive. My sister had an awful experience with the ladies here while trying to inquire about flowers for her wedding, they treated her as if they were too good to provide their service for her. No help at all. Glad she found some place else willing and happy to help her.

Dutchess Flower Company is hands down my favorite flower and plant shop in Central Alberta. Ive shopped there for many years now and am never dissapointed with the service or quality of their flowers and plants. It's a beautiful shop and my go to stop every time I'm in Lacombe. I love that they almost always have fresh eucalyptus in store. The ladies are so kind and welcoming. Gerie has truly created an oasis, great spot for gifts and trinckets too!!

Purchased several items including a ladder for hanging plants. When I got home I discovered it was too short. When I called immediately asking if I could exchange for the longer ladder they said no. Truly disappointed in this local small town business. Trying to support local but policies like this store's discourage it. Will not buy from there again.
