Would absolutely not recommend. Highly unprofessional. They canceled my appointment 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there after I drove over an hour over the mid hudson bridge to attend the appointment. The incompetent woman at the front desk never mentioned they don't do any OB services after I specifically requested an appointment for a postpartum checkup. Let me know 15 minutes before my appointment they only have GYN services. Have no idea why they even scheduled me an appointment and wasted my time!
Kristen helped me out late on a Saturday night and I was able to pick up meds first thing in Sunday morning. There is no pcp that would ever do this. I am super grateful to her!!
If you are looking for someone to treat you the whole person, Kristen at Dutchess Family Health is the definite go to! I as a clinician have entrusted her with my care. It is true that we are the most difficult to care for, however when I walked in to her for my first visit she really listened and ensured that she would be available for all questions and she did just that. if you are looking for comprehensive care and treatment she by far is a force in her field.
Kristen as another has stated is a breath of fresh air. She's very attentive and truly listens. She's also extremely through. The office staff are very friendly and are also very helpful if you have questions..I only wish other practioners were like her..She also looks outside the box with health issues.
Kristen is the most comprehensive provider I have ever had. She is kind, caring and patient. Her care is exceptional!
