This place is very welcoming and took care of me in a crisis. They found me respite housing and I avoided going to the hospital
Very poor service. These are not acceptable living conditions and you should have done more to help this person, instead of saying they seem fine and leaving.
Acouple good o nes the rest are terrible .u nproffessional and "ratchet as hell. No compassion whats so ever.they seem upset as if theyre are mad thay they have to help people.Dont understand why they have unqualified workers,workering with poeple with mental health illnesses.SMH. i was thinking ...everybody makes mistakes and who knows what the other person is going through .this organization does more helping people than hurting ...so i dig that...
I just got a attitude from the over night staff was made to sleep in a chair with no blanket and told I can't have my coat or sweatshirt....I came for one night to get to my rehab today yesterday evening staff was good but the overnight lady is rude and disrespectful.i will be filing a complaint on her and hope she never talks to noone one like that again
