This man represented a friend of mine on a first-time Petty Larceny charge recently. After being paid thousands of dollars he sat there in court and did and said absolutely NOTHING, despite my friend having successfully completed rehab, obtaining gainful employment, secure living, and becoming a productive member of society, all of which is now for nothing as he will have to start all over when he is released from jail.
