One of the first things they told me is how I'd have to pay for the design work. I got a quote without seeing what it was supposed to look like which was full of disclaimers about what wasn't covered, how extra design time is billable etc etc. Not to mention it was far from competitive. Maybe they do a great job, but I have no desire to find out. Good luck staying in business.
