I had Brenda Riley as my facilitator for my 12-hour parenting class, and I’m really thankful for all her help. My classes were one-on-one over the phone, but she always made me feel comfortable and listened to. She was patient, respectful, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. One thing I really appreciated was that when our schedules worked out, she let us do 2-hour sessions instead of just 1 hour, which helped me finish the class a little faster while still completing all 12 hours.
