Tommy is the best service advisor always on top of his game. Great about keeping the customer updated about vehicle service needs. He cares about doing it right or making it right to the best of his ability. He does not do the work he is at the mercy of the mechanics and getting to do there best. You can kill the messenger he is just the middle man. It is a very hard job and people want to blame him if something doesn’t go right and he is on your side
You may pay a little more initially, but the service is being done by properly trained staff. In the long run, I have found out by experience, it is less expensive to have the work done once here rather than have it done by Jack-legs first then bringing the vehicle to Dutch Miller to have the mistakes made by other fixed second. Trust the professionals!

You may as well bend over. Last Kia I EVER buy, and it's all due to Dutch Miller service department.

When I called to tell the service department that it wasn’t working, they said they would have to replace it. I asked if that would be at no cost since their first attempt didn’t work. I was told no, it was a different sensor that had gone bad. Really? And just coincidentally it went... read more
Was told I needed a front end alignment, but tire pressure was not checked. There were no wrench marks on front end components. Cost me $129.00. I put air in tires myself after returning home. I am losing confidence in this service department
