We were traveling over the Thankagiving break and our car started to give us a fit. It was not a brand they sell, but they pulled it into the service bay regardless. Patrick, the Service Manager, greeted us with a genuine smile and we shared the car issue. He said they would do their best to figure it out. The technician, August, took our car for a good once over. It was determined that is was a battery issues. We had a warranty on the battery with another establishment, so we would go there.
