What a collective bunch of IDIOTS!!! I scheduled an appointment to get transmission service flush with cartridge filter replacement. I drove an hour for the appointment and when I told the service writer IDIOT what I needed to verify what was getting done, he had NO CLUE that the transmission has a replaceable cartridge filter and kept telling me “New vehicles do not have a serviceable filter” and I told him “probably not on new vehicles because they don’t want anything serviceable so you just throw it away and buy a new one... read more
