First time here for maintenance service (oil change) and it was not great. Appointment for 3:30, got here at 3:15. At 5 pm I came to check the status. Apparently the car was ready and no one told me...not sure for how long I wasted my time waiting

My first service experience for an oil change at this dealer was fantastic. Alex was prompt, friendly, and professional. I was in and out of there in about 90 minutes on a Saturday morning. Clean customer lounge as well!
