We purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. Extremely disappointing experience. I called to inquire about the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 on their website I was contacted by Evelin with the quote. After getting a quote, Eduardo called me back about information on the car. I had requested a battery check on the car, and they told me they would call me back with more information including the paperwork I asked from them. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. I leave this review as a strong caution to what I felt was an incredible level of deception, delay and denial. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator with less than 18k miles on it and within 74 hours of purchase and less than 50 miles of driving, I experienced the Jeep DEATH WOBBLE. My husband and I bought our first ever Hyundai from Kenosha Hyundai today. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eduardo Repizo was fantastic to work with - super efficient, helpful and no BS. He had most of the paperwork done when we  walked in this morning, so we were in and out in 90 minutes. Shout out to Scott Waller too for getting us into our new car. Highly recommend this dealership and working with these gentlemen.

On May 10th we went to the Tulsa Hyundai dealership on south Memorial drive in Tulsa Oklahoma. Our Salesman DeAndre during this whole process was AMAZING. We test drove a Tuscon ,liked it, and told DeAndre what our parameters were and that we would only be interested in a limited. In the past i have always had no issues with service except for the terrible over priced repairs , but i paid it each time an took my car home without saying anything. This time recently i took my car in for the ignition repair they replaced the cilinder an not the hub charged me over 1200 dollars then i had to take the car back because it was not working it still had the same issue , coming on in the ON position , SO , they said you need the hub to this an wanted to charge me more money then decided ok well we will pay the ... read more

I just had service on my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. The service rep was Dylan. Dylan was courteous and went above and beyond for me and it is very appreciated. Will definitely be coming back for all my Sonata's needs!

If i could give a 0 stars review i would. the service department manager Ryan is a liar and very rude to customers. how u gonna tell a customer to not come back when asked why the car came back in worst shape than what it was dropped off in? then he gets mad because u called him out on it. He also had us do an insurance claim and charged our insurance over $5000 for the front detection camera to be replaced because it failed and here to find out it shoulda been claimed through our warranty.
