Was in the process of working up a deal on a used caravan. Salesman very nice and helpful, but found they require signing an arbitration agreement when purchasing. WILL NOT DO. Husband is a veteran, who refuses to give up his rights. He has never sued a company, but, if a company needs sued, people should not give up any of their rights (including class action) to do so. He feels too many soldiers has died for these rights to just sign away. Please do your research before signing an arbitration agreement.
