A must visit in New York. Seasonal cocktails. Knowledgable bartenders. Great music.
Cocktail was ok but nothing special. For the price, I was disappointed, but I would have been fine with it if it cost ~$12-14. The lighting was moody and good for a date night type vibe. The place was mostly empty but the few people who were there were having extremely pretentious conversations. My friends and I ordered forta leza tequila. What we received as not forta leza. All of us a hard core fans of it and we know for a fact it was a different tequila. Told the bartender and he told us he poured it out the bottle and the batches can be different. He offered to give us something else. You can’t fool us when it comes to cheap stuff with additives. I’ve been in the industry long enough. I was just talking to my boyfriend about something that made me emotional. The manager cut us off randomly. Clearly wasn’t even overserved, but made a judgment call that we were drunk. Read your people better.
