We stopped by to pick up a couple of treats and check out this little gem I have heard so much about. We were greeted by a nice lady working behind the counter. It is a cute little shop with an eat-in area, plenty of parking. We chose a couple of treats to try and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bakery items. I've stopped in at different times and enjoyed everything I have tried. I have tried the peach cobbler and it was absolutely delicious! The breads we've tried have been great too! The Basicle(probably not spelled right) its this chocolate cake, with chocolate mousse layer and raspberry sauce layer beautifully iced and decorated nicely....all my favorite flavors and textures in a deliciously layered cake!! I bought a Boston Cream Pie here for Christmas and didn't know this type of cake could be so delish. Moist and creamy. They even put whipped cream around the top. They don't make these in their Christmas line-up so they made it ahead of time just for me, and put it in a shrink-wrapped box for me to freeze. What a scrumptious treat. It certainly made mine and everyone's day at Christmas dinner!
It was the first time stopping at this bakery, and I can tell you without hesitation, outstanding peanut butter cookies. I would definitely go back. And I highly recommend stopping by tasting their wonderful selection.
