I signed up for their monthly service plan which I did not use and tried to cancel within the timeframe specified by calling the phone number. I only received a brief busy signal and then it would end the call. No one ever picked up. I had to go in to cancel on the last day but they would not refund the charge. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS MONTHLY SERVICE.
I have a membership at this location as it's very convenient for me. I don't have to wait long. Love that they have a fitted car mat cleaner. The vacuume area is so convenient and usually seem to work well.
I love this place. The staff is always so friendly.
They up-sold me on a wheel and power wash. Not worth the money. I had to hand clean each wheel. As well as the rear of the car that was still dirty. If I'm gonna hand wash the car I might as well do the basic. Thanks for the up-sell!
