We love this company and usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but the service at this location really needs improvement. Every time we come, the line is long but we’re patient and usually just wait. This time, I decided to order ahead online. The system said my drinks would be ready at 10:32 a.m., but we didn’t actually get them until 10:48. This coffee stand is absolutely amazing! The customer service is always warm and welcoming—they truly make you feel valued as a customer. Every drink I’ve tried has been delicious, perfectly made, and consistent in quality. It’s clear that they care about both their craft and their customers. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service and wonderful tasting drinks, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Why aren’t there any in Seattle? Or shoreline? Or Edmonds? Or Kenmore? Or anywhere below Everett and above Renton? I have a free coffee available but I’m not driving a half hour one-way for it. :,(
