Very disrespectful and terrible company. People are nothing to them. Do not provide quality finished work and require babysitting and nagging to do the work they should be doing.
I got a pool installed. They drove over our septic mound causing "stuff" to come out. They wont repair it. Also - now they will not respond! During the install they just showed up when they wanted. We had no communication throughout the project. The pool turned out nice. The smell that we now have to deal with every day is not nice, as are all of the repair costs. Go with Caribbean instead.
RecommendedWith the start of the pandemic, we felt it was an opportunity to fast-track our pool project. Unfortunately, that also seemed to be other people's plan as well. Like with any other manufacturing in general, there were a lot of delays in equipment. They did their best to work around what they were able to control beyond the pool manufacturer. I wanted to thank everyone at DB Landscaping for our dream back yard! We have been kicking around the idea of a pool for years, but have always been a little worried about water issues in the yard and Courtney and team real made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Dutchbarn installed our in ground pool end of last summer. The design, installation and service have all been great. We continue to use them to maintain the pool and have been very happy with the entire process.
