Dusty's installed our sprinkler system and did a great job! They have also been really helpful trouble shooting problems and servicing it when needed. They are very busy, but always manage to find time.
My mother purchased 2 trees and paid for them to be planted. it took them weeks to plant them. once planted one of the trees fell over. After several call to dusty's to fix the problem the came out and put in stakes only to have it fall over again within an hour of being staked. Finally my 75 year old Mother went out and planted it herself. Do not use them they will take advantage of the elderly.
This is a beautiful nursery with the nicest people who run it! I have ordered a few things recently from out of town. They went above and beyond by taking pictures of the plants, sending them to my phone, letting me choose which ones I wanted, and then delivered to my parents house in town. I love this place! 💚
I just had the most horrifying experience with this place. I have spent hundreds of dollars at local nurseries - including Dusty’s - to try to buy local. I just called to let them know half of my $75 batch of flowers died, and was accosted by attitude. “Did you water them? No one has ever said their plants have died.” How insulting. I was so shocked by her treatment that I put her on speaker phone, so someone could validate I wasn’t crazy and that this person was really behaving this way. Don't treat your paying customers as if you're making them a favor when you call back. When you make an appointment and you can't make it, call back and reschedule and then actually show up. If you don't have the time, just say so.
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! Prices are good and the plants are beautiful and healthy! I also found they had a nice variety! I highly recommend, and I'll keep shopping here! thank you!
