We have had one great experience and one not great experience. We rented a few year ago no issue. This year we rented a 10 Person gray kayot boat that is the boat I paid for and was in my email receipt. When we got there, I asked why we weren’t getting that boat and she said it was already rented out. Before we left, she disclosed when it stalls to put it in neutral and restart it.
