All lines to my septic and drain field froze when I went out of town. Dusty’s said they would come out and they did excellent work! After I thought the back up had stopped, I had to go to work. Dusty’s kept in constant contact with me regarding the severity of the issue. They even gave me a referral to a top notch restoration company that has taken the helm ever since! Thank you Dusty’s for making an awful situation go as smooth as can be!
We were referred to this place from a friend who knew the owner, so we thought the price and work would be reasonable. We tried to get a quote up front and they “couldn’t say” and would need to come out. They were here for an hour and cleaned 3 sinks and 1 shower drain. 3 of the sink/shower went quick. The last one was where the guy got his cleaner stuck in our system and therefore had to take extra long to get it out. The best! Solves drain problems thoroughly and promptly. Also, communicates with the same top shelf service. As a homeowner, there is no small drain problem. Our line from the house to the septic was broken and plugged, with sewage backing up into the house. Dusty's crew understand the crisis to get the water system of the house functioning properly, and worked fast to get our system to drain well for a long time. The drain service I recommend is Dusty's.
We finally got our power back after 30+ hours of it being out. The very next day our septic alarm started going off periodically.
