We finally got our power back after 30+ hours of it being out. The very next day our septic alarm started going off periodically. Dustin came out right away to assess the situation and gave us the solve. Dusty's has always been very helpful for our family. My mom has owned the house for 21 years, and has called them several times as having a septic system was new to our family. Recently I've become the owner of said house and this is all new to me now, and Dusty's has come out three times in the last four months for various reasons and have fixed every issue. They are always helpful, fast at responding especially for emergency situations, and very well priced. Would recommend to anyone with a septic system.
Dusty's has been out 2 times to help us with our root problems. They have very quick and timely response! They also informed me of services that could prevent this from being a reoccurring issue. This company and their workers are very pleasant to deal with. Waiting on a call back though... with price quotes. Only reason I decided to remove one star.
I had Dusty's come and inspect some drain lines and thier staff was easy to work with. The member of their staff that came out was very polite and professional. I would recommend them because of their fair pricing and professionalism.
We used Dusty's for the first time last week for a clogged kitchen drain and then again this week for a leaking shower drain. The service, punctuality and overall experience was exceptional! We plan on only using Dusty's for all of our plumbing needs!
