We finally got our power back after 30+ hours of it being out. The very next day our septic alarm started going off periodically. Dusty took care of the clean out of tree roots at my 93-y.o. mother's home when she called to say her sink was draining slowly. It was comforting to have someone reputable address the situation quickly and efficiently. The house drains were also cleaned to ensure it would be well-working. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we called Dusty's to the rescue over many years to address a guaranteed and reoccurring situation in an older neighborhood with decades old trees.
Amazing company! Heartbreaking to come home from vacation to find my basement flooded and septic line frozen. Thank God for Dusty's. Called me back the same day even tho it was below 0. Levi came out the next day and saved my day. Both staff and Levi were very professional, reasonably priced , blessing. Hopefully this will never happen again but if it does, Dusty's is #1 on my list. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had two other companies come out to our home, cancelled by another, and I was told my only option for our frozen line was going to be a thermal thaw that would take all day and be $4k. But, Dusty came to the rescue! He was able to get the job done in one hour at a very respectable and reasonable price compared to the others.
