Amazing company! Heartbreaking to come home from vacation to find my basement flooded and septic line frozen. Thank God for Dusty's. Called me back the same day even tho it was below 0. Levi came out the next day and saved my day. Both staff and Levi were very professional, reasonably priced , blessing. Hopefully this will never happen again but if it does, Dusty's is #1 on my list. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had two other companies come out to our home, cancelled by another, and I was told my only option for our frozen line was going to be a thermal thaw that would take all day and be $4k. But, Dusty came to the rescue! He was able to get the job done in one hour at a very respectable and reasonable price compared to the others. Dusty's has always been very helpful for our family. My mom has owned the house for 21 years, and has called them several times as having a septic system was new to our family. Recently I've become the owner of said house and this is all new to me now, and Dusty's has come out three times in the last four months for various reasons and have fixed every issue. They are always helpful, fast at responding especially for emergency situations, and very well priced. Would recommend to anyone with a septic system.
I had a frozen drain line so I called Dusty's for help. They were extremely responsive and arrived within a couple of hours of my call. The technician quickly assessed the problem, and within no time, the line was thawed and fully functional again. Their professionalism, efficiency, and timely service really stood out. I’m grateful for their help and would highly recommend them!
We finally got our power back after 30+ hours of it being out. The very next day our septic alarm started going off periodically. Dustin came out right away to assess the situation and gave us the solve. The speedy response and top notch customer service is much appreciated and why we always use Dusty's Drain Cleaning for all of our plumbing needs!
