DO NOT GO HERE My brother had his Ranger taken here after it was hit and these guys had his truck for weeks. Ordered the wrong parts, had it even longer. Now his truck is out of alignment because they did such a trash job. You boys want to make it right? Offer to fix it.

Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever experienced with getting my car fixed. Told me it would be 1-2 weeks and they have had my car going on 5 weeks now and it’s still yet to be done. Every time I’ve went in or called they were very rude and have different excuses as to why my car isn’t done. Haven’t received a single update on my car from them either I’ve had to call every single time to figure out what’s going on. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this shop. There was a period of time where I was having horrible luck on the road and found myself with 3 fender benders within a years time. From the front desk service to the quality of repair, Gerber on airport is hands down the best. They work great with my insurance and always keep me in the loop. Absolutely incredible service.
