Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever experienced with getting my car fixed. Told me it would be 1-2 weeks and they have had my car going on 5 weeks now and it’s still yet to be done. Every time I’ve went in or called they were very rude and have different excuses as to why my car isn’t done. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this shop. There was a period of time where I was having horrible luck on the road and found myself with 3 fender benders within a years time. From the front desk service to the quality of repair, Gerber on airport is hands down the best. They work great with my insurance and always keep me in the loop. Absolutely incredible service.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. My car had to be brought back 4 times after they repeatedly said it was fixed. They did offer to pay for my rental during these additional stays, but my insurance was already covering the cost. I was told multiple times by the girl at the front desk to please hold off on providing a review until I was completely satisfied. Kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle and was very nice to work with.The o ly thing I'd complain about is tape residue was left on my paint it almost looked like some had used duct tape.
