Great communication, Tracy is very nice and periodically gave me updates. My car was also done much more quickly than I expected. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I need to get my car fixed again, I will be going here!
My car was towed to Gerber Collision Canton after a minor accident in late December 2024. While I understand repairs take time, the delays here were absolutely ridiculous. It took over THREE WEEKS just to start the repairs! I called repeatedly, only to get excuses about busy staff and so on. Even after parts arrived, the delays continued. Zero stars if I could - Communication is Everything. Unfortunately, my dealership referred me to Gerber Collision & Glass in Canton, MI. I visited their location on Wednesday, December 18th, to get an estimate for repairing my car. I was assured that someone would contact me later that same day with an accurate estimate.
