They went above and beyond to make my Mazda CX-90 spotless after I got rear ended. They even fixed a small spot that was out of the crash scope for free! The car feels brand new! I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to get body work done.
Do not do insurance claims at this place. This collision shop doesn’t even have a parking lot it’s a literal joke, could probably damage your vehicle just driving out the place. Not gonna go into detail on why this place is one star, but I’m sure if you drove by their brick and motor you could probably infer it’s not under the greatest management.
Took my vehicle in for paint touch-up and had an excellent customer service experience. I was able to book my appointment easily and the work was done promptly with attention to detail. Highly recommended!
All they need is a “Whites Only” sign. The customer service was very dismissive. If you are a person of color know that the environment does not foster inclusivity. They collected my name and number and said they would “contact me”. I was never contacted nor did we make it to the stage for me to receive an order number. Conclusively, bad experience.
