Tracy has been a delight. The other gentleman at the front office has been very pleasant as well. Everyone was friendly each time I called from the time I left. The work on my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened! And I appreciate the vacuum and clean they did in the front half of my car I’m very much happy ! Thank you!
Great communication, Tracy is very nice and periodically gave me updates. My car was also done much more quickly than I expected. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I need to get my car fixed again, I will be going here!
My car was towed to Gerber Collision Canton after a minor accident in late December 2024. While I understand repairs take time, the delays here were absolutely ridiculous. It took over THREE WEEKS just to start the repairs! I called repeatedly, only to get excuses about busy staff and so on. Even after parts arrived, the delays continued.
