They are a warranty contractor for first American home warranty. I paid my fee 4 weeks ago. Didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks. They called to schedule the following 2nd and 3rd Friday to look at my hvac. No call no showed both times. Called them today for the 4th week in a row. No answer. Straight to voicemail. The woman that answered the phone the 3rd week when I call right back had no clue why I was calling though it was legit 30 seconds later. Poor response, gave excuses, then sent straight to voicemail. DO NOT USE!
Wonderful experience! Great service as well as quick and friendly. Very kind and didn't try to charge me an arm and leg. Highly recommend his services to everyone!
