Great service. Technicians very thorough. Cleaned both my fireplace and my dryer vent. Highly recommend!
My wife scheduled service with Dusty Brothers because of a mailer discount coupon. They came out and inspected, said chimney wasn't dirty, just cobwebs. Recommended a steel plate for back of fireplace which I turned down. Then was given a bill for $159.00 inspection fee which I think is way too high for no more than they did. I had 3 or 4 roofing companies inspect my roof a couple years ago for estimates and NONE of them charged me a cent before I picked one. In response to this concern, the customer was scheduled for a chimney cleaning at $199. The chimney did not need cleaned, but the safety inspection was preformed and a recommendation was made based on a safety issue found. Dusty Brothers prides ourselves on honesty and practicing ethically, as we have for 36 years. Two experienced technicians reviewed the system to determine what was needed.
