WOWWW!!! I’m ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by such an amazing group of people at Dustin’s Mechanical! During this unusually cold winter, my heating unit decided to throw in the towel and my BIGGEST concern was not getting scammed after speaking with an HVAC sales guy who was pushing his product on me before he even laid eyes on my unit!! These guys are great and I love working with a family owned business. Two of their senior techs, John and Chris, did a water heater flush yesterday, great deal at only $55 with tax, they did a great job and are helping me get another year out of a 10 year old unit. They have done many different jobs for us over the past 10 years including adding cemtral air, duct cleaning and even a whole house surge protector, on our 103 year old house. Matt, John, and Chris, came and did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system. It was a very hot job up in the attic on this very humid day. When the job was completed, they were very thorough in cleaning up by vacuuming and taking care of everything that it was needed to get it back to normal. I would highly recommend Dustin‘s mechanical again.
Amazing 2 workers chris and john. My rinnai water heater code 10. They both had to figure away to get into attic and because lennar such a horrible builder made access impossible. They both are so smart and were able to manipulate with some cutting to fix problem. Excellent duo. Please ask for them. They went above and beyond to make customer happy
