Anthony was the technician who came out to check both my pool heater and generator. He was very engaging with the issues, thorough in his assessment, provided options, and did not try to up sale. He is very good at his job and with customer engagement. My experience with them tells me that the company is more interested in customer satisfaction and long term customer relationships vs quick one time sales.
I wouldn’t trust Dustin’s Mechanical for service. I called about my unit’s exterior fan not working properly and Dustin himself came out to diagnose. The visit alone was $260 but $150 would be refunded if we went with them for the repair. When I called this company I had explained to the scheduling team that I had used my volt meter to test the capacitor and had thought it may be that or the fan motor.
