They overcharge for their service and do not have good customer service. I hired them to clean my elderly parents home, and at $70 an hour for two workers, the job they did was, quite frankly, disappointing at best. $70 an hour is ludicrous! I live on the west coast (Santa Monica and a second home in Las Vegas) and these prices are ridiculous even for Los Angeles!
