The staff is very unprofessional and rude. Had an issue arise with my medication and they were of no help and passing the blame instead of actually doing their job. The medical assistant re-wrote my prescription incorrectly due to pure laziness of a front desk employee who did not properly note my chart. So due to incompetence of the office staff, I have to go without my medication for who knows how long….. (medication for my heart). I will be making a more in depth complaint to the medical board as well.
Dr Harmon is a good guy. He’s knows about your case, he’s calm, he doesn’t rush you and he’s very knowledgeable. I’m not really a heart patient, I just had a vasovegal episodes ( passing out). When my heart stopped, Dr Harmon got a call. He made sure everything was all clear, gave me a cath. He saw what happens to my heart when I get scared. If I have a trigger ( needles or scared of pain ) I shut down. I’m having surgery next week, I’m hoping all goes well.
