Always friendly at reception, and Dr Sperr always takes time to discuss issues and has always fixed my ailments. Reason I only gave 3 stars is the wait time when brought into a room. Its typically been a 1/2 hour to 45min wait before anyone comes in. Don't understand why this happens every time.
