I had a horrible experience w/Dustin. I contacted him regarding a property he was listing agent on. I made an offer and seller accepted. He sent me a LOI and I forwarded to my attorney for review. The LOI was extremely vague and did not specify any of the business or property details. I responded to Dustin my concerns and he stated he would draft a purchase agreement specifying details. Waiting for a purchase agreement.. A day and a half later I received a phone call from Dustin ranting why I have not returned the LOI. He wa... read more
