I was going to use this service for my pool. Did some google searches and found incredibly unflattering social media posts from Mr. Phillips. I cannot in good conscience support a man that refers to people as "retards" with such callous disregard. I have told everyone I know in the Murrieta area not to use this person's service.
Its funny how you left out the 2 1/2 months of removing Rock from your swimming pool, you did not pay for Tina Sesion, And the extra Gas line and the Extra Rock removal from your retaining walls
He started off with good communication. His workers did a terrible job with our coping and tile work so we asked to get it replaced. He told us he fired the workers and he has stage 4 liver cancer and that OTHER people has not paid him so he couldn't finish our job until he gets more business to finish my pool. He started our pool 8/14/16 and as of 02/07/17 my pool needs the coping and tile fixed and the rest of the job to be completed, (plaster, pool material, concrete). NOT GOOD BUSINESS!
