This was my first time buying a home, and I really only had a rough idea of how it would go going into it. Dustin was very informative and friendly through the entire process. He would explain things over the phone, he was quick to respond to emails or text messages regarding any questions I had, and he helped us figure out what would be the best loan option to get a home we really loved.
