My Mama was very sick. She had a lot of fluid build up in her body coming from health issues. I am her Power Of Attorney. I got a call that they could see Mama sooner then a scheduled visit we had made because of the urgency. So we got her in early. Dr. Dustin Kilpatrick came in the room. Said the fluid wasn't that bad and refused to do a procedure I had requested to help Mama keep fighting to live, as she wanted to do. He sent her off to come back in two weeks. The most caring and knowledgeable GI Doctor I’ve been to. He is thorough and very smart! I would highly recommend Dr. Kilpatrick. He took time and discussed all issues then made our medical plan to fix my issues!
Not happy at all. Had blood work done. 7 days later get called with results. 7 days ago my potassium was 2.8. LOW. Dr. Not concerned. Take OTC potassium. Feb 23 had endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled. Feb 22 after taking meds Feb 21 to clear intestines, I get a call from Morganton office telling me insurance had not approved the insurance. Called insurance. Request for payment was received FEB 22nd!!! Canceled. Finding different Dr.
