Prescription was much too strong and I was never able to adjust to it. Very frustrating experience. The technicians were great. Only good part of experience.
I was extremely disappointed today at the way this office does business. I had an appointment at 9:30 am with Dr. Ramey for my annual eye exam and to get a my prescription for contact lenses. I arrived this morning to find out that I was not on the "list" for appointments. The receptionist asked if I received a call and I said I had not. She then pulled up my chart and then said that they no longer take my insurance. It is the same insurance I had the last time I saw Dr. Ramey.
