They validate each of my concerns and always take the time needed to answer questions thoroughly. Terrific doctor - highly knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to explain the diagnosis, options, and procedures and to answer all my questions in plain English. His staff is very accessible and communicative (thank you Pearl!) Dr. Massel called me personally the day after my surgery to check in. Fantastic medical experience from beginning to end.
From the first session to the most recent follow-up sessions, Dr. Massel gave me detailed explanations of what the surgery will entail and what it should accomplish. At the post-op sessions, he listened to my questions and my accounts of where I had pain. He addressed each issue one by one and made sure I understood each explanation. Basically, he cares about the patient's health and recovery progress.
Dr. Massel is a great doctor and an awesome person! I feel very comfortable with him!
